Our story
The recipes at Al's weren't invented for a menu. They were handed down at the kitchen table, one generation to the next, the way Italian families have always done it.
Today Al makes them fresh in New Brighton, and his mom is right there in the shop beside him, making sure every sauce and every dough tastes the way it always has.
